Bainbridge Island Museum of Art - Invitation to Carrie Goller Solo Exhibit
I am excited to invite you to a private artist's party for my solo museum exhibit, Creatures Comfort, June 23rd, 6-9pm at Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (see forwarded invitation from the museum below). Food and drink is provided.
If you haven't visited this beautiful LEED Gold Certified museum in my hometown of Bainbridge Island, I hope you get an opportunity to do so and also see the other new exhibits, Canoe Journeys: Pulling Together and Synchronicity. Just a 5 minute walk from the ferry; it is the most spectacular free museum I have ever seen and is listed as one of America's Best Small Town Museums by CNN Travel.
The exhibition runs all summer long (through September 30) in several areas of the museum and especially the hub - the John Kenyon Ellis Bistro, which serves wonderful fare. Also, please mark your calendars for a special July 7, 12-4pm Trunk Show of my work in the Museum Gallery Store, which also regularly shows selected works year-round.
Pacific Northwest mother and artist. I work from two studios, one at an old farm house in the Scandanavian village of Poulsbo for encaustic and the other -- a beach house overlooking Hood Canal for oil and sculpture.
