Can you feel the balance tipping between light and darkness? We hope you can visit for both events.   November 26th is Small Business Saturday, a great time to start holiday shopping and support local small businesses.  It is also the kick-off of Historic Downtown Poulsbo's Holiday Festitivies with horse-drawn carriage rides throughout downtown from 11-3.
