| | We are excited to announce the addition of local artist Sophie Frieda to Carrie Goller Gallery! Her stunning floral and botanical oil paintings bring a freshness to our small space. Instead of a bouquet, why not give flowers that will last forever this Valentine's Day? Sophie's style of dramatic lighting and bright foliage bring the beauty of nature indoors. We can almost smell the subtly sweet scent of lilies in the gallery. The official opening for Sophie will be during February Artwalk, so come by and meet the lovely lady herself and feast your eyes on these impressive pieces. The show will be up from February through March.
Carrie has been working up a storm on the road in her rolling studio/RV The Javolina. Through many back road adventures with husband Jeff and pup Georgia in tow, she has managed to paint a whole flock of her signature bird paintings. Several of these pieces have migrated to The Gallery of Modern Masters in Sedona.

Artists Max Hayslette and Charles Goller have been using the quiet rainy season to focus on their work. Charlie has been creating more of his painstakingly intricate gemstone pendants - some of which have sold before they even made it into the gallery! Likewise Max sold one of his mountainscapes as it was en route to the gallery. If you are interested in a piece by one of these artists that has already sold, feel free to contact us about creating a custom commission. Our artists are more than happy to work with you to meet your specific needs.

Saturday, February 10th, 5-8pm, please mark your calendars Max Hayslette will be autographing complimentary posters of 'Brothers in Gold No. 3' and showing his latest work. Sophie Frieda will also be in attendance to open her new show. Please join us and all the fine art galleries on Front Street for wine and fun.
Carrie Goller Gallery is currently on winter hours and will be open Thursday through Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Located in historic downtown Poulsbo, the gallery features a mix of contemporary fine art from small to large-scale, in a variety of media, from paintings to sculpture to mobiles. We work closely with each individual buyer to satisfy their particular needs, including special orders, gift wrapping, shipping, installation or even interior design consultations.
