If it's December, it must be time to experience the season in Little Norway in our very own historic downtown Poulsbo. A good time will be had by all at Jule Fest (Waterfront Park), including horse-drawn carriage rides, Father Christmas, the Lighted Boat Parade and 2nd Saturday Art Walk on Saturday, December 10, 5-8pm.
